BDO Digital Comments on Microsoft's Shift to a New Transaction Platform

Microsoft announced that they are moving Azure transactions into a simplified platform that offers improved efficiency to channel partners. The Microsoft Customer Agreement will replace Microsoft’s EA with a modern commerce platform that will bring added automation to the process.

Channel Chief Gavriella Schuster is emphasizing that the Microsoft Customer Agreement does not remove any current partner processes nor does it compete with partners for business. The new agreement eliminates the manual work that many feels do not add value.

The Microsoft Customer Agreement is a significant directional move in setting Microsoft and its partner community to be easier to do business with.
