Practice Leader, Client Experience
Kevin Schick is a practice leader at BDO Digital, co-leading the client experience practice with focus on the project management and enablement & adoption service areas. The primary purpose of Kevin’s team is to bridge the gap between the client and technical delivery team during software and infrastructure implementation. The team partners with the client to identify the client’s needs and points of highest value, while then working with the client to mitigate risks and ensure a predictable and well-defined outcome. Kevin’s original background is in custom software application development, building back office and transactional business systems. This exposure has enabled Kevin to successfully lead many technology engagements from beginning to end, including envisioning, sizing, architecture planning, and delivery.
