ISS’s Digital Transformation Journey with BDO Digital and How They Became Acumatica’s 2021 Customer of the Year

In 2020, Industrial Specialty Services (ISS) collaborated with BDO Digital along with NexTec and Acumatica to help establish internal departments, systems, processes, and controls after their carve-out. Together, this team completed implementations in 6 months and cut down the transition period and related costs by half. ISS saw many benefits from the new implementation including, gaining control and visibility of business performance through a centralized ERP platform, reducing the total cost of ownership, and gaining operational efficiencies through the user adoption of end-to-end automated processes.

Recently, Industrial Specialty Services was named Acumatica’s 2021 Customer of Year as a result of their incredible transformation.
