A community-based healthcare organization committed to providing patients with exceptional care and comfort contacted BDO Digital to create an internal SharePoint site that encouraged collaboration and team building among their dispersed staff.
BDO Digital worked with the company to create a custom SharePoint site that was easily accessible inside and outside the company’s walls. The organization was challenged to keep their staff closely connected when many of their nurses and volunteers worked offsite.
The new SharePoint site includes company announcements, events, staff directories and performance indicators to help bring teams together and provide a sense of community. Integrated design and branding by BDO Digital showcases important brand elements and depicts the organization’s culture and mission, further establishing a sense of community and motivating employees.
